My new zine is out! Beyond the Concrete Milkshake is a simple toolkit for dealing with #mediatrolls, grifters and other far-right and fascist fake journalists that target your movement. Protect your #protests and other events without building sympathy for the trolls.
The printed copies are looking dope with the covers done in color on 100lb paper, with art by Birb. These #zines are going out to my top Patrons, family and people who contributed to the contents of the publication.

The Spring 2020 edition has 12 zines, covering everything from mental health, #resiliency and #trauma to ways to resist fascism during a plague. #antifa

I'm very proud of this article that I wrote for #Hemp Magazine about the inequity built into the 2018 Farm Bill. This omnibus bill "legalized" hemp while at the same time perpetuating the War on Drugs and the #racism inherent in it.

I really appreciate Hemp Mag for publishing this important article and keeping the pressure on about this topic. And thanks also to Felicia from Equity First Alliance, Farmer Cee at Green Heffa Farms and Grant from Drug Policy Alliance for your input into this article.

The USDA is currently accepting comments on its hemp regulations, and one of the most pressing concerns (we
think) is advocating for a narrow interpretation of the so-called "felony ban" included in the hemp amendment of the 2018 Farm Bill. In HEMP Issue 7, Kit O'Connell dove deep into why this "felony ban" is racially discriminatory and what it consequences it will have on the people trying to succeed in the hemp industry.
